Shipping policy

Items designated as PREORDER are sold before their production is complete. Production times range from 3-6 months depending on preorder timelines, product size, complexity, and other events, such as manufacturer holidays or other issues. As a result, these items may take up to 8 months to make it to you after purchase in some cases! By purchasing any preorder product, you agree that you understand the time commitment involved in waiting for the item to be completed and get to you, and you understand that you are not eligible for a refund based on fulfillment time unless the fulfillment time exceeds the timelines stated in these policies (6-8 months depending on the product, see item descriptions.)

Upon receipt of a batch of completed preorder products, it may take up to 2 weeks to unpack, sort, grade the pins, organize shipping labels, package pins, and deliver pins to the post office to be shipped. You may receive notice that your item has shipped when I generate shipping labels for your order, but please understand that you may not see further shipment activity for a few days to a week after this, until I deliver the items. 

Items designated as IN HAND are already completed physical products currently in my possession. These pins are ready to ship. Please allow up to a week from the time the order is placed to receive tracking information, and please allow up to a week after receipt of tracking information for the USPS tracking to update. 

Don't hesitate to let me know if there are any issues with the shipment of your package. However, once I have dropped off a package, shipping is completely out of my control, and you will be better off contacting the shipping carrier for a resolution. Packages lost in transit or absent when marked as delivered are not my responsibility, please contact USPS or the responsible shipping service for next steps.
